123Loadboard Redesigns Website
123Loadboard has launched a new redesigned version of its website’s front end.
The new site focuses on the truck driver’s user experience so owner-operators can use the powerful search capability to find LTL, TL, hotshot loads and backhauls to increase their businesses. Some key features of the site include a new intuitive navigation system to find loads, a responsive design to enhance the user experience on mobile devices and a one-click post loads navigation for freight brokers.
“Completely overhauling our existing website’s front end to heighten the truck driver’s experience is an important initiative which allows us to present a robust, top-quality service which will enable us to build and add new tools using new technology. Our freight broker users are also well served with this new site and this new interface is already the base for some new broker tools we are developing,” says Loarn Metzen, V.P., 123Loadboard.
123Loadboard has totally reconfigured their website’s front end and restructured their search functionality to enhance the way they display loads to their members. To complement their new website, 123Loadboard has also recently released mobile app improvements for their iOS and Android devices with enhanced design to their interface display while giving carriers more options to filter their loads. 123Loadboard has reached a milestone with over 150,000 app user downloads.
123Loadboard says the improvements in their website will now also allow members to easily access additional content on the site to support owner-operator and freight broker businesses with case studies, white papers, product videos, industry news, FAQs, and blogs. The additional content is written to enhance user knowledge and provide insight into industry happenings and how-to information for dealing with the day to day challenges of the trucking industry.
“Our customers need relevant content to keep them in the game and stay competitive in order to maintain and grow their businesses in this high-tech freight marketplace. We are leaders in the freight matching space and we have an obligation to provide the types of information to support our members,” continues Metzen.
