123LoadBoard identifies P3 Certified Members

123Loadboard announced today that it will be identifying TIA P3 members in searches performed on its site. P3 is a contractual best practices agreement for brokers, freight forwarders, motor carriers, and freight bill audit/payment companies that desire to achieve a higher level of customer service and operating performance using common terms and conditions.
